This machine is suitable for grinding flat and end surfaces of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and other materials. It is widely applied in equipment manufacturing, military industry, mold making, automotive, hydraulic and other industrial part processing.

● Guideways of worktable and grinding head are equipped with PTFE soft tape for enhanced wear resistance and prolonged service life.                      
● Inner cylindrical and outer conical sliding bearings are adopted for the grinding wheel spindle, featuring high rigidity, strong load capacity, efficient grinding performance and superior workpiece surface finish (optional rolling bearing spindle available).                      
● Saddle movement employs rolling linear guides for excellent low-speed movement and high-quality wheel dressing.                      
● Working table longitudinal movement, saddle cross movement, and vertical adjustment of grinding head are all driven by servo motors coupled with precision ball screw pairs.                      
●  Longitudinal guideways feature continuous automatic lubrication, while column and grinding head guideways employ solenoid-controlled spot lubrication to prevent oil starvation, extending guideway life and ensuring precision stability.
